Buffalo, NY – The group North Tonawanda First has filed its fourth lawsuit in State Supreme Court against the construction of a Walmart Supercenter on the site of the former Melody Fair.
The group has lost two previous suits while dropping the third. A charge that the city used a faulty process in approving the plan for the project supports this latest suit.
The effort is to overturn final approval for the project that was awarded last month.
