The Bush administration welcomes the decision of the U.N. International Atomic Energy Agency to give North Korea another chance to meet its obligation under international nuclear agreements. The IAEA, like the United States, is calling on the north to dismantle its nuclear weapons program as a step toward an international dialogue on the poverty-stricken nation's security and economic needs.
