ISRAEL - NPR'S Linda Gradstein reports that Israel is in no rush to stop its bombardment of Southern Lebanon, since it seems to be having an effect on Hezbollah's ability to fire katyushas into Israel. The diplomatic initiative seems to be on hold, as the US and Israel await a Syrian response to the US proposal. 2.
