Buffalo, NY – The Buffalo Common Council adopted a resolution this week to implement a Prescription Discount Card program for City residents. It could save residents an average of 20-percent on prescription drugs.

The City is a dues paying member of the National League of Cities' Prescription Card Program. That means residents are eligible for a discount. Delaware District lawmaker Michael LoCurto says the city's membership allows residents to apply for this program.
