Buffalo, NY – It's that time of year when municipalities are releasing their budget proposals for the coming year. And, once again, most of those budgets carry some unwelcome news. Some places are raising taxes. And most are making tough cuts in services and funding. In this week's Roundtable discussion, WBFO's Joyce Kryszak and Buffalo News Suburban Editor Bruce Andriatch talk about some of the ones that have people the most upset. Andriatch said the cuts to the libraries will be one of the hardest for communities to accept.
