Buffalo, NY – It's an understatement to say it's been a difficult year for Governor David Paterson. Since taking office in March 2007, Paterson has been sounding the alarm about the state's ongoing budget crisis. And he does so once again this morning, in an interview with WBFO's Mark Scott.

State legislators are due back in Albany Monday for another special session. Governor Paterson is hoping that unlike last week, lawmakers will approve a plan that closes a $3.2 billion in the current year's budget.
