The Seymour - Cassadaga Library will be hosting a calligraphy workshop on September 17th from 5:00 to 6:30 PM. A demonstration in lettering arts, this interactive, hands-on event will allow participants to use various styles of pen and inks.
This demonstration aims to determine a series of classes in selected disciplines to be taught in the future, so all interested individuals are encouraged to attend.
Cassadaga resident and calligrapher, Patricia Greenstein, will be leading the event. Patti has studied calligraphy for over 13 years, and has completed multiple classes led by master penmen and calligraphers. She is a member of the International Association of Master Penmen, Engrossers, and Teachers of Handwriting (IAMPETH), as well as the Pittsburgh Calligraphy Guild.
