Buffalo, NY – The mounds of fallen tree-debris are slowly disappearing from the ground. But homeowners are still left with the overhanging devastation from trees left sheared and fractured. WBFO's Joyce Kryszak talked with Wayne Cooper, Regional forester for the Department of Environmental Conservation. He offers some tips on saving some of those trees.
