Almost all of our adventures are designed to be wheelchair and stroller friendly and all are carefully crafted to be entertaining and informative with something to appeal to all ages. Hospice Dash is an annual USATF certified 5K run/walk, dedicated to honoring lost love ones and supporting those who provide compassionate end-of-life care at Niagara Hospice. Open to all ages and fitness levels, this event is more than just a race, it’s a celebration of life and a show of support for the patients, families, and caregivers who rely on Niagara Hospice services. We encourage participants to stay and join us for our after-party including complimentary food, drinks & music. Not participating? We offer 30$ wristbands to join in on the after-party fun!

The Mighty Niagara Marathon takes place along a USATF certified course which starts off in historic Lewiston and follows a route along the Lower Niagara River, showcasing breathtaking views of water, woodlands, and iconic landmarks. More than just a race, the event proudly supports Niagara Hospice, uniting runners and the community in support of the meaningful end-of-life care Niagara Hospice provides. Whether you're chasing a personal record or simply wanting to give back to your community, the Mighty Niagara Half Marathon promises an unforgettable race-day experience.
