Buffalo, NY – The Buffalo News reports that Sabres owner Tom Golisano was asking $175-million dollars to sell the team to Pennsylvania billionaire Terry Pegula. Reports surfaced this week that a letter of intent was signed for a $150-million.

And The Associated Press reported that Golisano is "seriously considering" selling the team to Pegula. Pegula is a former Olean resident.

In Buffalo, WBFO'S Eileen Buckley caught up with Mayor Byron Brown for his reaction.
