Buffalo, NY – National Fuel has obtained a temporary restraining order against PUSH Buffalo for storming its headquarters in Williamsville last Friday.
PUSH is demanding to meet with CEO David Smith claiming the company's conservation incentive program is not providing enough assistance to low-income residents in Buffalo. National Fuel spokesperson Donna DeCarolis said the PUSH has gone too far with its protest tactics.
But PUSH's Sara Gordon says they are still demanding to meet with Smith.
National Fuel has weatherized about 1,500 local homes with another 1,500 to be completed by the end of next year.
