Buffalo, NY – The Erie County Water Authority has new leadership. Kelly Vacco, a Boston resident, has been named the new chairwoman.
Vacco's promotion comes after the departure of Frank Swiatek. Vacco has been a member of the board since 2007, serving as vice chairwoman.
The County legislature has replaced the departed Swiatek with Jack O'Donnell, a Buffalo resident and a graduate of the UB Law School. O'Donnell will be serving as the authority's treasurer.
