Buffalo, NY – A woman has been charged after she allegedly abandoned her two-year-old daughter in a restroom at Sister's Hospital in Buffalo.
Two visitors at the hospital found the toddler Wednesday night with a note pinned to her coat that said the mother didn't want her any more.
After the story aired on the local news, relatives came forward. The girl's mother was later found with an older child on a Buffalo street.
Child Protective Services has taken the two-year-old and the other child into their custody.
Police have arrested the mother and have charged her with abandonment and child endangerment.
