First Shiloh Baptist Church, Choose Healthy Life, Quest Diagnostics, and United Way of New York City, are partnering to provide free blood test screenings to anyone in the Buffalo community, regardless of insurance status.
The screenings will include assessments for diabetes risk heart and cardiovascular health; liver and kidney health; thyroid health; BMI; blood pressure; bone health; and additional areas of wellness!
