Election Day 2009: Preview with Analyst Bruce Fisher

Buffalo, NY – It's Election Day 2009. There are some hotly contested races in Erie County and its suburbs. But with Buffalo Mayor Byron Brown winning the Democratic primary in September, his election today is a foregone conclusion.

Control of the Erie County Legislature is at stake today. There are two close races for County Comptroller and Sheriff. And Amherst will elect a new town supervisor. Bruce Fisher is director of the Center for Economic and Policy Studies at Buffalo State College. He's a former Deputy County Executive who will be our guest analyst for tonight's live elections coverage on WBFO and joins us now for a preview.
