Buffalo, NY – Governor Spitzer marked his 100th day in office day Tuesday.
Spitzer promised to transform Albany during his successful run for office last year. But he has found that getting his reforms through an entrenched Legislature is easier said than done.
Russ Haven is with the New York Public Interest Research Group in Albany. He joined us on the phone Tuesday to talk about Spitzer's first 100 days.
