Buffalo, NY – A second man was scheduled to be arraigned Monday afternoon on second-degree murder charges in the slayings of four people in Buffalo over the weekend.
Authorities say 24-year-old Justin Thompson has been charged with four counts of murder in Saturday night's shooting deaths of two men and two women at a home on Buffalo's east side. Thompson turned himself in a police headquarters today.
Earlier, 21-year-old Domenick Sutton was also charged with four counts of second-degree murder in the slayings. Sutton pleaded innocent at his arraignment Monday morning and is being held without bail.
Police say the two gunmen apparently knew the victims. Two men and a woman were shot at close range in the upstairs apartment. A second woman was gunned down as she ran from the house.
Police identify the victims as Robert Brown, 40, Gregory Conwell, 42, Stacie Guest, 40, and Tonisha Brown, 26, Robert Brown's niece.
There's no word yet on a motive for the shootings.
