Buffalo, NY – For the first time in more than 150 years, judges on the State Court of Appeals came to Buffalo Thursday to hold an official session.
The seven-member high court heard arguments in four cases, including a dispute between the city of Buffalo and its police union over the appointment of detectives. Kaye said rulings in the cases will be issued at a later date.
